ABOUT THE PROJECT

‘Collaboration Over Competition’ was the theme for this summer-soaked dinner, hosted by creative agency and design community organizers, The Maker’s Table.

Each maker behind the dinner contributed an item or service to the event. My role was the menu — which needed to complement both the table linen and the installation.

Chain Stitch by Erica embroidered elements from the meal that not only echoed details from the linen but also contrasted beautifully against the cobalt blue menu.

To accompany the menu, Six Hearts One Love created a personalized cloth belly wrap using cyanotype lifted photography. It complimented the menu and was a memorable takeaway for all attendees.
